Marvia Watt is an Associate at ASQ Consulting.  She has more than 30 years of business management experience in the oil & gas and healthcare industries.  Previously, Ms. Watt held the positions of Principal Project Manager, Project Execution – PMO  and Manager of Contract Conformance, Project Execution at Spectra Energy/Enbridge Inc.  Ms. Watt also held the position of Consulting Director with LECG, Lumin Expert Group and Duff & Phelps, LLC, and Vice President of Operations for U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc.

Ms. Watt is experienced in contract formation, interpretation, execution and conformance including forensic data analysis, claims management, breach of contract determination and negotiation of final dispute resolutions. Ms. Watt managed a multi-billion-dollar annual portfolio of project execution services agreements for Enbridge. She also managed the consulting engagement for a billion-dollar natural gas pipeline construction project to ensure the efficacy of contractors’ financial internal controls,  monitored contractual compliance, performed final reconciliation and negotiated close-out settlement.

Ms. Watt earned an MBA in Finance from Houston Baptist University, Master’s Certifications in Commercial Contracting and Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business in Washington, DC and a Bachelor of Science from Simmons University, Boston, MA.
