Shawn Williams is a Senior Analyst at ASQ Consulting and a Project Engineer for Price Gregory International in Houston, Texas, one of the largest and oldest pipeline contractors in North America.

Mr. Williams has a unique perspective from over twenty years in the construction industry, including oil & gas, residential, industrial, and heavy civil projects.  His wide range of experience includes construction management, project controls, labor relations, and environmental regulatory compliance.  Mr. Williams has managed field crew activities, monitored and analyzed performance and progress, evaluated financial implications of change, ensured contract compliance, generated and tracked invoicing, facilitated claims resolutions, procured materials and subcontractor services for numerous $200 million dollar projects.  Mr. Williams is experienced in quantifying damages and implementing cost-saving strategies to mitigate project budget overruns.

Mr. Williams earned a B.A. in English from Hamilton College.
